Returns Policy - All of our products are made to order in our Somerset workshop and are therefore non returnable. Please ensure you have checked the measurements of an item before ordering and we highly recommend requesting fabric swatches before selecting your chosen fabric. Due to our furniture being made to order and not mass produced, please expect 2-3cm discrepancies within the overall dimensions of our items, if you would like to view any sizes in person, please contact us and we will be able to arrange an appointment to our workshop for you to view. Once you have placed an order with us, if you wish to cancel this for any reason, please do so within 72 hours. If you request to cancel your order after the 72 hour period , we will be unable to do so as it is likely we have begun working on this for you. Any questions, please contact us, thank you!
