All of our products are made to order in our Somerset workshop and are therefore non returnable.

Unless the goods have been damaged in transit, however this needs to be reported immediately or if the item arrives faulty. Please ensure you have checked the measurements of an item before ordering and we highly recommend requesting fabric swatches before selecting your chosen fabric.
